About Registration

  • Q. How can I register to attend the CODE BLUE?

    A. You can register at event platform site "Eventhub". You can make payments by credit card or wire transfer. If you would like to use wire transfer, please send an invoice address and ticket type to CODE BLUE pre-registraion team. After confirming payment, we will complete the registration. Invoice payment is available for "in-person ticket" and Japan residents only.

  • Q. When is the deadline of registration?

    A. The deadlines of registration and prices (tax included price) are below.

    Date: - 20th Oct(in-person), -28th Oct(virtual).
    Price:in-person JPY107,800 (incl. tax) / virtual JPY19,800 (incl. tax)

  • Q. Can I register onsite?

    A. No, we will only be offering pre-registration for in-person tickets. You can register for virtual tickets till event days.

  • Q. I want to attend only one day. Is there a one day ticket available?

    A. We don't currently offer a one day ticket.

  • Q. Can I switch virtual tickets to in-person tickets?

    A. Yes, only if there are remaining in-person tickets. You will need to contact the CODE BLUE pre-registraion team and be prepared to pay the difference in the ticket cost.

  • Q. Can I switch in-person tickets to virtual tickets?

    A. Yes, however due to the limited number of on-site tickets will be unable refund the difference. Please contact the CODE BLUE pre-registraion team

About Payment, Invoice, Receipt

  • Q. Can you issue the receipt on my ticket purchase?

    A. Eventhub will issue the receipt. You can see receipt sample on your my tickes. If you want a receipt issued by CODE BLUE, please ask the CODE BLUE pre-registraion team We can issue a receipt with proviso "as confirmed by Eventhub at x/x/2022".

  • Q. Can I receive an invoice?

    A. If you need an invoice in addition to the receipt provided by EventHub, please contact the CODE BLUE pre-registraion team. Invoice payment is available for "in-person ticket" and Japan residents only.

  • Q. Can I cancel the payment?

    A. We cannot refund after you have completed registration. Please ask to CODE BLUE pre-registraion team

About Badges

  • Q. Will you send us the badges beforehand?

    A. No. We will give you the badge onsite. Please show your Eventhub QR ticket at registration.

About In-Person

  • Q. Is there a simultaneous interpretation available?

    A. Simultaneous translations will be available for Track1 & 2 (Japanese-English/English-Japanese). Please note that the translation receiver is very expensive, so please do not forget to return it when you leave the venue.

  • Q. Is there any power outlet we can use at the venue?

    A. No, we don't provide any power outlet for attendees. sorry.

  • Q. Internet access available for attendees?

    A. Yes. You will enjoy the internet access at onsite via WiFi.

  • Q. What is included on my ticket? lunch, coffee, and networking party?

    A. Lunch is not provided. Coffee will be provided during breaks. A networking party will be held on the last day. This is an excellent opportunity for participants to network and socialize. The cost is included in the ticket price. Please note that we may cancel the party depending on the infection status of COVID-19.

  • Q. When attending in-person venues, Do I need to submit vaccination records or negative proof of COVID-19?

    A. In 2022, CODE BLUE will not require you to submit vaccination records or negative proof of COVID-19. However, as a measure against covid-19, body temperature is tested at the venue's entrance. Persons with a body temperature above 37°C(98.6°F) may be asked to take an antigen test using a simple kit. Persons with a temperature above 37.5°C(99.5°F)are not allowed to enter. About Virtual

  • Q. Is there a simultaneous interpretation available?

    A. Simultaneous translations will be available for Track1 & 2 (Japanese-English/English-Japanese).

  • Q. How can I ask a question?

    A. Please use "Comments" on Eventhub. We will pick up.

About Materials

  • Q. Do you provide the talk materials?

    A. No. We don't provide the talk materials at on-site. After the talks, we publish them on SlideShare if speakers allowed.

  • Q. Do you sell recordings of the talks?

    A. No, we do not currently plan to sell them yet.

  • Q. Will the archive of the talks video be published?

    A. After the conference, any videos which are approved by the speaker will be released. Please note that not every recording will be able to be released.

  • Q. Will the talks slides be published?

    A. After the conference, any slides approved by the speaker will be published.

  • Q. How can I join the sponsor?

    A. Please send the inquiry to CODE BLUE. We can not hold this conference without sponsors' support.

  • Q. Press Registration available?

    A. Yes. Press registration is open to members of broadband, print and internet media who can prove they work for an organization or publication that covers computer security on a regular basis.
    For press registration, please submit the form below.
    We welcome anyone to apply for press credentials but reserve the right to deny you a pass. As such, please be prepared to show us copies of your articles either at your publication's web site or the publication's masthead should we request it. If you want to interview a speaker, please notify us by using the comment field.

  • Q. I am CISSP holder, Can I earn CPE credit? Haw can I apply?

    A. You can earn CPE credits by attending CODE BLUE 2022. Please ask to the ISC2 office for details.
