About registration

    Where can I register to participate?

    Registration information will be announced at a later date.

About payments, invoices, and receipts

    Will a receipt be issued?

    After registration, please contact CODE BLUE Secretariat Receptionist.

    Will I receive an invoice?

    If you would like to pay by invoice, please contact CODE BLUE Secretariat Receptionist with the billing address and desired ticket type. After confirming your payment, we will register your participation.

    Can I cancel after applying?

    Please note that once formal registration is completed, refunds are not possible. However, it is possible for a representative to participate. Please contact CODE BLUE Secretariat Receptionist desk.

About certificates and badges

    Will participation badges be sent in advance?

    Participation badges will be handed out at the venue on the day. Please bring the QR code sent to the email address you registered when purchasing your ticket.

About real participation

    Will there be simultaneous interpretation for the lecture?

    We will provide Japanese and English interpretation for the entire story. Please be sure to return the simultaneous interpretation receiver after the talk ends.

    Are there power outlets at the venue?

    In principle, power outlets will not be provided to participants. Thank you for your understanding in advance.

    Is there wireless LAN internet connection at the venue?

    A wireless LAN access point is available for participants to use.

    What does the ticket price include? meal? ,coffee? , networking party (social gathering)?

    Lunch is not provided. Coffee will be provided during breaks. A networking party will be held on the last day. This is an excellent opportunity for participants to network and socialize. The cost is included in the ticket price. Please note that we may cancel the party depending on the infection status of COVID-19.

    Will you distribute the text?

    Textbooks will not be distributed at the venue. After the talk ends, and if approved by the instructor, it will be published on the slide hosting service SlideShare.

    There are no plans for sale at this time.

    After the conference, those approved by the instructor will be published.
