This session reviews the changes of situation surrounding OSINT over the last decade. Based on the speaker’s experience organizing CTF and DEFCON’s Recon Village CTF winning, how OSINT has been recognized and utilized will be summarized and some specific use cases will be introduced. It also included thinking about what role OSINT will play in the future.
