The Wired Village
The Wired Village is a hands-on security zone built around our own intentionally vulnerable products across the IoT and OT space. Each device is a full target in itself, with challenges spanning hardware, firmware, application and network layers, so participants move across the whole stack instead of a single surface. You pick up a device and choose how to engage: run the CTF and work the flags at your own pace for the leaderboard, or join a guided workshop where mentors walk the same techniques step by step. Coverage includes UART, SPI and I2C probing, JTAG/SWD debug access, firmware extraction and analysis, application and web flaws on the device interfaces, and network and protocol attacks including a wide range of industrial protocols on our portable OT cyber range. Beginner friendly on the workshop side, harder flags for experienced players on the CTF side.
