Introduction to Threat Intelligence
A workshop that hunts for threat information using data from ASTIRA, Panasonic’s IoT honeypot. Specifically, participants analyze data prepared by Panasonic to uncover what attackers and IoT malware are actually doing.
The exercise isn’t run on random data — it uses data with a prepared “answer key” — but since the underlying data is real attack traffic actually collected by ASTIRA, participants may end up surfacing findings Panasonic itself never anticipated.
