DAY 1

13:55-14:40

Part 1: Bringing World-Leading Expertise to AI: The “AI White Hacker” Training Initiative

The hackers at GMO Ierae consistently achieve outstanding results at events like DEF CON and Pwn2Own Berlin. They are now channeling that expertise into a combination of frontier AI and proprietary frameworks to take on the challenge of cultivating “AI white-hat hackers.” We will introduce the methods behind the hackers’ success and discuss the progress and future outlook of this AI training initiative.

Part 2: Beyond “/goal find vulnerabilities”: Making AI Assess, Not Just Find

Ask an agent to “find vulnerabilities,” and plausible candidates are easy to come by. But try to make that work as a security assessment rather than a bug bounty, with no human in the loop, and the walls quickly go up. Step outside the browser, and there are even more of them. In this talk, we share how we faced these walls and how we designed AI for security assessments.

Speakers:
Yuki Koike Senior Executive Officer CTO, GMO Cybersecurity by Ierae, Inc.
Ryota Shiga Executive Officer Co-CTO, GMO Flatt Security, Inc.
