Following last year’s highly acclaimed presentation on identifying threat actors using OSINT, this second installment investigates the Vietnamese-speaking actor responsible for repeatedly targeting Japan in 2025. Using OSINT techniques, we trace the actor’s activities and attempt to uncover their identity.
